They came to our house, without making an appointment with us, sprayed the outside only, did not even knock on the door, then charged us $162 and did nit give us a refund. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.
they keep rescheduling the appointments allowing the issue to get worse & worse. for the second application they didnt even spray just came by to take a look. surely they could see the first spray was not effective but still did nothing. they are a waste of money & should stop making promises they do not meet up to.
Terminix is a scam. Do not hire them. They promised exclusion services. The first technician who showed up was a kid who was pleasant but not well trained, if at all. He didn't have a ladder with him, and all he did was set a few wooden traps and insert a little bit of steel wool under the siding, which I could have done myself. He was several hours late. The second visit was a no call no show. At the third visit, the technician laid rat snap traps on the floor near where my cats use the litter box. Needless to say, this is negligent and unsafe. I called to cancel, and they won't reverse the financing option, which is supposed to cover a year's worth of visits. They won't...read full review
