The staff was so kind to my cat and sweet with her. She was very scared at first but warmed up to them. Everyone worked really hard to understand what was going on with my cat’s stomach and why she kept vomiting. They took her temperature, did her blood work, x rays, gave her fluids, an antibiotic, an anti acid , and she didn’t feel a thing! They sent her home with a can of digestive care food, an antibiotic, and told me to give her half a Pepcid every day. I appreciate how thorough they were. Great job. And my cat is starting to feel better.
My first time there was last year and they were amazing! But this time there are not the same doctors and the assistant is who’s boss in that place. My dog was needing a medicine to stop bleeding from her mouth and the assistant refused to give me the medicine and the doctor didn’t touch the dog. Not happy with this went they did the procedure on her mouth they approached that she was sleeping to cut her nails (that I didn’t requested) Being a dog groomer for long time I knew my dogs don’t need to cut it. Staff needs proper training with cats - are very aggressive compared to other places. And the vet does not explain very well. On top of not the most sanitary place - old towels with holes etc. Tho Staff did help my cat and they were attentive however.
