Staff needs proper training with cats - are very aggressive compared to other places. And the vet does not explain very well. On top of not the most sanitary place - old towels with holes etc. Tho Staff did help my cat and they were attentive however.

Nia and Letty are awesome, accommodating, and very funny. I adopted my second cat from here and brought my third, a rescue, to get vaccinated and checked. The doctors are very nice and helpful.

Dr.Elbasty is no longer here and knowing him as our pets were taken years ago to him, we would not come to this clinic if he was still here. Most of the negative reviews are due to him. Holiday weekend and they saw our dog right away. Dr. Cortez had a likable bedside manner, explaining things and not pushy at all. And Kudos to Ashley, the tech who was awesome. Price was very reasonable. New practice, definitely go.
