Noah's Ark Pet Clinic is a place where pets receive outstanding and professional service from the nurse and veterinarian. The staff takes the time to diagnose any issues and explain in detail what the pet needs. They are known for their kindness, compassion, and respect for the bond between pets and their owners. The clinic is clean and friendly, and while some may find the hours limited, the care and attention given to each pet make it worth a half-day visit.
Came in today and asked if we could be seen today as I suspected my dog was having an ear infection on both his ears. He was lethargic, didn't want to eat and seemed to have a fever. The receptionist told me I could come right away, which was such a relief. Dr Cesar and his nurse Barbara were so kind and professional. They really took the time in examining and diagnosing our dog. You can tell they really care about their furry patients. Thank you so much for treating our Bruno.
Had a great experience here when my pup got an eye infection. Dr. Tello seems to really care about the wellbeing of the animals in his care- he gave thorough explanations about all my questions, and went as far as giving recommendations about changes in diet, lifestyle, etc. to keep my dog healthy. The staff were also very friendly and caring, as well. The clinic seems to have a focus on natural alternatives, mixing traditional and western medicines, if that is something that appeals to you. Overall, highly recommended!
5 stars are not enough to rate with excellence the professionalism, knowledge, ethics that Dr. Tello and his team have given us with our pet, we have been attending the therapies and medicine, dietary recommendations administered for his rare case of cancer for a very short time. , our pet is feeling very well and we are confident that in the long term we will see a much better result. Dr Tello and his team, once again thank you a thousand and a thousand for giving us back our Baby's hopes.??✨✨
