I was so pleased with the help that I got from Special Touch supervisor Marlen Pena who went above and beyond to assist me in getting the ball rolling for my mother-in-law's aids. She accomplished in one day what I couldn't get resolved in a month. She was very patient with my questions and went back-and-forth until I was satisfied. Because of her, my mother-in-law will be getting her help sooner rather than later. I truly appreciated her help. Also, Brenda in the Queens Special Touch office was amazing.
