My skin was very dry and covered with acne. After Jenifer gave me 10 facial cleansing and moisturizing treatments, my skin improved significantly. The environment was very clean and comfortable, and each session left me feeling deeply relaxed. Jenifer’s techniques are professional, and she is very friendly. It was an excellent experience overall!

Jennifer gave a great massage. Worked on the areas I requested and was patient and professional. Applied pressure where needed and appropriate and sensed when to lighten up.

I booked this place because it had good reviews and the prices were great. On their website they had a special for 1 hour facial and 1 one massage for $80! When I called to make the appointment, the owner said it was $95 now and the website was outdated, but then she said "no problem we can do." She told me to text her to confirm the appointment so I also sent a screenshot of the special when I was making the appointment via text and she responded "ok" to confirm. The massage therapist was very nice but I would say the massage was just average. During the massage, the owner had called to say that she would be the one that would be doing my facial but she's running approximately 30 to 40 minutes late. She apologized and said that we can just continue the massage for additional 30 minutes while I wait for her. I told her that I needed to be out before 1 PM to make it to my hair appointment and she said that wasn't a problem. The owner arrived about 40 mins after it was suppose to start but she said that I would make it to my appointment on time. I asked beforehand if she could please avoid my eyelashes because they're extensions and will become messed up if they're exposed to the oils from the facial. She told me she would avoid them however, she did not and was rubbing my eyes and eyelashes with the serums and oils. Afterwards I noticed a significant amount of extensions are gone but I told myself it was fine, it's nothing to complain about. As I went to go pay, I was already late for my hair appointment at this point. She tells me that it is $95 for the special but since she also gave me an additional 30 minute massage, she was also going to charge me $20 for that. She could clearly see the confusion on my face, so then she goes "for you, I will charge you 100 total." I told her that we discussed the price before and she said it was 80, however, there clearly is a misunderstanding. And I also questioned why I was getting charged for an additional 30 minute massage that I didn't want and I only took because she was running late and I thought it was complementary as she never mentioned that I was going to get a charge for that in the first place. The clear lack of communication skills just goes downhill from here. (I speak Mandarin, so the lack of communication is not due to a language barrier) I said fine, I will give her $100 for the services and I gave an additional $15 tip. The owner goes, "is this only for me then?" I told them I was tipping based on how much we initially agreed on, not at the higher price, but this is still a 15% tip. The owner was not having it and was demanding a larger tip for both of them. I was shocked that this was even an argument so I told her I'd give them a $20 tip instead, which makes it a 20% tip based on the final price. I put the $20 bill down and I went to take the $15 back and she refused to let go of it and was still demanding more money. At this point, both the women are ganging up on me and saying that this is not enough. I was dumbfounded and just disgusted that someone who owns a business is acting like this. I understand we live in America and we have a huge tipping culture and it's just expected at this point but the service was OK and I tipped based on the total price. At this point she had $135 of mine and still was not letting up about me not tipping them enough. I was in shock that she is still demanding more money so I just left some more money (I don't even remember how much because I just couldn't believe what I was witnessing) and left.I took today to have time for myself and decompress by getting a facial and a massage, but the owner completely ruined that for me. I was so uncomfortable that even my hair stylist saw that I was visibly distressed during my appointment, and when I told her what happened, she couldn't even fathom what happened. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment, even if they offered me a lifetime of free services, because of how uncomfortable

We found a groupon deal for $58 per person for a 90-minute massage. We called to set up an appointment and they asked if we can refund the Groupon deal so they can get the entire percentage. We found this to be sketchy, but whatever. There is free parking under the building and you take an elevator up. The place was small, and the massage was okay. We got a full body massage that included peaceful music, hot stones, oil, and lotion. One of the masseuses did not have that much force and they did not ask about adjusting the pressure to cater the massage. The masseuses kept having conversations with each other, had phone calls, and had constant phone alerts ringing during the massage which made the experience less immersive. Here is where it went downhill for us:We prepared a 25% tip ($15 per masseuse). We thought this was a generous amount, but they rudely said this was unacceptable and guilt-tripped us with a speech about how they work harder than us and other types of jobs. They pressured us into paying a 50% tip ($30 per massage) and we got into a heated discussion. Eventually, we gave in to avoid arguing further. Once we left, we heard them loudly complaining through the door. Tips are a gesture to show appreciation for good service, but they should not be mandatory. We expected to pay the advertised price from Groupon and prepared a tip that we could afford after the deal but were ridiculed, shamed and pressured into paying more. While the massage was okay, the haggling session after the massage was completely unprofessional and ruined the experience for us. Imagine having a relaxing massage and then having an argument with your masseuse about how cheap you are.Personally, we will not be going back due to the treatment we received at the end - but if you do visit, prepare a $30 tip or expect to be heckled.

9/10 my go to place closed down during Pandemic so I decided to try this place. Went in with a stiff back and neck, they were gone by the time I left. The price is great so I don't mind tipping extra, don't be cheap people if you are planning to go back.

Massage was great, hot rocks even better. Only 4 star because the front desk person tried to haggle tips with my husband.

Husband and I went on 3/6/23, for my husband's bday. At first we were a little worried about the place. But the staff (2 ladies) were so inviting. They had to take us in separate rooms, but the 90 min massage was do good and relaxing..planning to visit then again for my bday later in the month

I passed by on my Dr visit again. They lowered their prices. Which was a great benefit to me, since everywhere else are raising prices. So got a nice massage and planning on coming back again while the prices are cheap. She did say it is for Christmas special pricing

Came today for a couples 90min full body massage. Wow it was both relaxing and a relief for our bodies. Deep tissue massage was soothing and I recommend this place, clean, quiet and peaceful ??. Will return very soon.
