The driver was skilled and very helpful to myself husband, who walks with a cane and is unsteady on his feet. The operator guided him in and out of the police car and helped him into the building. He helped me when I asked if I could have some big heavy items I had bought when I shopped a few days before. He even brought them into the elevator. I don’t usually like people or leave internet reviews, but this one was earned. I was already having a bad day, and the towing ended up being the best part of my experience. The driver, dispatch, and what I can only assume was the owner worked with me on drop off destination, dropped me off at home, and even discounted the final price.
While towing companies are often rude, overly aggressive, and money-hungry; however, it seems this business is working diligently to maintain noticeably good customer service.
Thanks for not making an already bad day worse — much appreciated.
