My door had become out of alignment with the lock, making it more difficult to secure. The guys arrived within the time frame they gave me (and called to let me know they were only 30 minutes away). Friendly couple who rectified the problem fast and completely and cleaned up before leaving. Excellent customer service.

Ben arrived soon and assisted with correctly closing the door. It wasn't technically broken; it just needed to be pushed in a specific direction. He was sincere and did not charge as if it were broken.

He is awesome. I called the day of and he fit me in to rekey my doors. He had to remove a door knob because it was upside down and fix something else at no additional charge. We definitely will be calling in the future to install a smart lock that suggested. Thank you again!
