Tochuwku did a spectacular job exterminating my home. I had him do my floor initially and had him return to do other units. He also did a follow up after extermination to ensure I was satisfied. I have never had someone go above and beyond as he does. He cares and does his work with pride. I fully recommend him to anyone looking for an exterminator for any pest purposes. I have not seen any pest since exterminating in December and I don’t expect to see any as he made sure to seal up any areas of entry in addition to getting rid of the present issues. I was very satisfied with the work of this company. My holidays were not spoiled, the employees responded quickly to my order. Unfortunately, we didn't find the mouse, maybe it ran off to eat somewhere else... but they moved all the appliances in my kitchen and found the passage through which the mouse comes at night. They sealed everything very reliably and checked all the other cracks in my apartment. Thank you to your company and the worker who came to our place. My holidays went well and I was in a good mood. And I also received a one-month guarantee, which I think is also good.

5/5 experience!! Tochukwu was very responsive and treated my parents’ home the day after we spoke. He took time to assess the rodent & roach issues and even stayed well past the agreed upon time slot to make sure everything was handled to the best of his ability. He even offers a free follow-up appointment within 30 days if the issue continues. I would absolutely recommend to others.
