I had a stretch and sound session with Laura. I had no idea i wasn't stretching properly until she got a hold of me.
The space is small but comfortable and has a nice vibe. Plants everywhere.
Laura was thorough in explaining the process.
If you have never had a stretch session and you are anything like me, you're going to have e to learn to give in. The whole thing rests upon your relaxed body and giving control over to Laura. Joann did a wonderful job. Very professional, talented massage therapist and very down to earth. Conveinient location and the building was very quiet on a Saturday afternoon. I would definitely return and get another massage with Joann.
Everyone at Quintessential Therapy is amazing! The therapists are great at discussing and targeting exactly what concerns you have. Super convenient location as well, close to many transit lines in a gorgeous coworking space.
