I’ve had a really positive experience with Quintessential Therapy. The environment is calm, welcoming, and beautiful. They regularly offer a variety of workshops, which makes it easy to stop in and get a feel for the space and their style before committing to a full massage.

Mandi is kind, insightful, and truly listens. Sessions feel intentional and tailored to you rather than rushed or one size fits all. I appreciate the balance of professionalism and warmth. Highly recommend Quintessential Therapy!!

I had a stretch and sound session with Laura. I had no idea i wasn't stretching properly until she got a hold of me.
The space is small but comfortable and has a nice vibe. Plants everywhere.
Laura was thorough in explaining the process.

If you have never had a stretch session and you are anything like me, you're going to have e to learn to give in. The whole thing rests upon your relaxed body and giving control over to Laura. After a few moments I kinda got the hang of it. Though I'd resist (not on purpose) Laura was kind and patient. I will say prepare to breathe deeply cause you will feel some of those stretches (you will appreciate it after, trust me).
