The staff is wonderful. Zor the vets assistant is knowledgeable and caring. The front desk girl Mirka is very nice also. The Vet that took care of my dog, Dr Patel has 50 years of experience and gave my dog a thorough examination right in front of me. None of this nonsense where they take your pet and you don’t know what is going on. I’m a retired medical professional with 40 years of experience myself and I recognize when people are caring and genuinely concerned about your pet and are not out to rape your bank account. Their prices are very fair. It’s not a fancy office but the level of care and personal attention makes up for the lack of high tech surroundings....read full review
I appreciate how accommodating the staff are and how transparent they are with their pricing. The cost is mid-range, but they offer promotions which really help. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and addressed my cat’s concerns in a helpful way. Overall, I felt comfortable, informed, and satisfied with the care we received
I'd go with 3.5 if I could instead of 3. Generally good place.
Main reason it's not 4 or 5 is because I wasn't talked through things enough. I'd taken my cat for bloodwork and they'd wrapped it a bit tight. I'd never had an issue with it before so I didnt think much of it. I would've appreciated if they told me to watch out in case it was too tight and that I could take the bandage off if it was.
At home I just randomly noticed my cat limping with a very swollen foot and panicked for a while before googling what to do since the office was closed.
(Edit: 4 now because I believe they'd take the feedback.)
