My experience at Pure Vision Optical was excellent from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and respectful, making me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was able to check in on time and was seen very quickly.
Dr. Julia Poltilov was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and provided thorough, detailed explanations throughout the exam. I especially appreciated her honesty and professionalism when she explained that my previous eye exam at LensCrafters had resulted in a stronger prescription than I actually needed.

This is the most professional, accommodating and pleasant optometrist's office I've ever gone to in my life and ive been wearing glasses for over 30 years! Dr. Bella is so intelligent and she and the entire staff actually want to help patients. Recently, 3 staff members assisted me in picking out glasses when mine broke and even squeezed me in to get my yearly exam the day before my insurance changed! Kelly, a gentleman whos name i do not remember, a girl who's name starts with an N (shes so sweet, i just dont remember her name either lol). They all provided exceptional customer service. The front staff helped me pick out frames and really were familiar with all the brands.
