I'm writing in regards to my mother who used Prime Accounting located at 1 Cross Island Plaza in Queens. Stephanie Green did taxes for my elderly mother. Ms.Green was to send out paperwork for my mother to sign in order to get her taxes started. After waiting for a month paperwork, myself as well as my mother called Ms. green's office. She was never available to answer the phone,we were told for several weeks that the paperwork had been mailed which was a lie. Two months later the paper work came in a raggedy envelope, improperly sealed allowing anyone to have access to important personal info.
