I have been a member for a few years now and with the recent renovations I was hoping for improvements to the machines, some of that happened but they completely got rid of the 30 minute workout section which makes me super sad.

Very spacious and clean. Went on a Friday at 3:45. 3 staff members cleaning the second floor simultaneously. Back room on second floor is a bit musty from BO.

I reside in far Rockaway, and my closest Planet fitness is located in Lawrence NY. Although conveniently close and the staff is accommodating their Equipment desperately needs Replacement!!! In particular The Stairmaster. This is about the only reason I visit Planet fitness. Out of 6 Machines you are fortunate that 2 are operable! If you are lucky enough to have immediate access to a machine?( which is rare).a member told me about the Howard Beach Location with all New Stairmaster Machines! Ever since I visited this establishment I haven't looked back! Never a wait, and they are Spanking New Machines. My daughter says it's too far! I say it's worth the... read full review
