The sales person helping me was very knowledgeable about their products and very pleasant to deal with. The prices were better than the big box store. I will be going back for sure.

I had an issue with the installation of a Somerset floor purchase at Olsen Flooring. Ken from Olsen spoke with the manufacturer, reviewed my photos and help me figure out what went wrong with my job. I appreciate both Somerset flooring manufacturer and Olsen working together to answer my questions.
