You can't go wrong. They have great customer service. They a wide range of tiles and ceramic selections at every price point possible. I've used this company for my remodeling business for over a decade.
I'm not sure who these previous reviewers have been dealing with, but I've worked with Nemo many times, connected with multiple different employees, and always received great customer service and excellent quality product in a timely manner.
You need that old pink tile? You need that hard to find 1953 brown or yellow? yep...they've got it!! and a whole lot more.... the nicest of the newest tile also and friendly, well trained staff. I'm going back there tomorrow, I hope.
