My daughter was thrilled when she received her most beautiful large bouquet of flowers to celebrate a special moment we shared less than 24 hrs before. Since she was conceived in the Loire Valley in 89 she has a special place in her heart for authentic French design and culture . The flowers, ultra soft Teddy Bear, and scented candle from the south of France made her feel so special!

Ode à la Rose totally nailed it with their flower delivery! ?? The bouquet was on point – super fresh and looked even better than I expected. The whole vibe, from the cool packaging to the vibrant flowers, was spot on. They delivered right on time, and the customer service was top-notch. I made an order for next day delivery. This is a flower delivery company. It should be already known that the reason people want the delivery on a certain day is because its an event or a special day. On the day of the order I contacted customer service to confirm that all the information was correct. I then contacted the next day to get an idea of what time the arrival was. they told me it was out for delivery. that was yesterday. now it still says that it will be delivered yesterday. I NEED to cancel this order but now i can not get a human on the phone and I am not able to cancel online. this is so frustrating :)UPDATE : 2 days after the flowers were supposed...read full review
