This is a high-end five-star gym on par with Equinox. I’m actually a former Equinox member and I’m very impressed with the gym. The service and staff are also incredible. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get into fitness for first time or elevate their game at the advanced level. Thank you!
I would like to share a very positive experience on my dancing lessons from Aden. He helped me develop a choreography for my song. He is a great instructor and very accommodating in that he can develop the movements based on my dancing ability. He understood what I needed and is a very patient instructor.
Best in town. Convenience , staffing, cleanliness, and all the right equipment. So happy I found this place… it is a gem and sanctuary for gym and fitness. I go there to relax and get fit !
