Eva Lopez consistently goes above and beyond to assist patients, providing follow-up and solutions. Patients appreciate the attentive and thorough care from doctors like Dr. Julie Patel, who answers all questions patiently and never rushes appointments. Many have been going to this clinic for years and find their doctors, such as Dr. Dubey, to be very helpful, available, and supportive. However, some reviews mention issues with billing and administrative staff, noting difficulties in getting assistance or resolution for billing questions. Despite these concerns, the clinic is generally recommended for its quality medical care and dedicated healthcare professionals. Overall, patients value the attentive doctors and the caring staff, although administrative experiences may vary.
I am an Astoria resident for forty years and searching for a near by clinic, l was sold by the name NY Presbyterian, a great reputation but from what I've read you're selling the name not the same service at the hospital on 68th York Ave. I will stay away from this clinic even though a convenient location.
The staff at Primary Care Astoria NYP, particularly Eva Lopez, are and continue to be extremely helpful, kind, and often go over and beyond the expected care. Eva herself has followed up to provide solutions on requests, and really has gone the extra mile.
Dr. Julie Patel is awesome. She is super attentive, very patient, and very thorough. She happily answered all of my many, many questions and I have never once felt like I was being rushed out of her office. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
