I had rheumatoid arthritis for over 12 years. I tried steroids and injections. Nothing was helping me for more than a few months and I had to go back to my doctor over and over again. My elbow was locked in half way. I also had constant knee and finger joint pain on both sides. My neck was also very stiff and painful.
