I take my 3 year old Rottweiler Kane there and they were very gentle with him being a big dog and all he had his shots done and his nails clipped with no issues he even gave one of the vets a kiss afterwards love this place I highly recommend them for your pet

To start I had an appointment for today at 12noon for a teeth cleaning.
When I arrived at 11:30am I was told they didn’t have him on schedule. My vet told the receptionist that he was scheduled for today. My dog was there for 6 1/2 hours waiting to get his teeth cleaned. The doctor called at 5:45pm to say I needed to make an appointment for next week because the machine broke. My dog should have been one of the first dogs to get his teeth clean since he had been there since 11:30am. They acted like they didn’t care. My dog is a house and is not around other dogs. That 6 1/2 hours must have been hell for him. I would not recommend this vet to anyone.

The staff was great. Only problem is that I waited long and the place need a renovation.

I’m going to have to give this a 1 Star solely for how disrespectful and rude the assistant was when putting our dog down. I expect sympathy during those moments. Not rushing us to leave and not be able to properly say goodbye.

My dogs don't complain, they don't fight me when they come close to the facility. They're happy, I'm happy.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years I normally speak to the lady who is Asian or Hispanic she has been around for years her voice is on the automated system she handles things with care and compassion I called because again this it my vet for all my animals I asked to speak to this lady she comes later lady at the front these others girls super rude nasty she knows the lady isn’t around puts me on hold I will let her know if she isn’t busy later when she comes in she will call you this was 6/27/25 I was calling cuz one of my animals has been breathing very very hard I wanted to bring them in I’m 3 mins from the clinic

Waited until end of the month for appointment. 1st thing that I recognized on door is when they’re closed, as opposed to hours of service. I was never told how much service would be for cat grooming, I called right back after receiving confirmation, no one answered, no call back.
Once arriving, I was told that my cat would need to be sedated AND bloodwork needed.
This was never previously mentioned. I’ve never had to have any cat sedated or bloodwork to have a cat groomed before.
I left

Professional, courteous and compassionate with your pets....Summer does exceptional grooming. Highly recommend!
