Absolutely terrible experience. If you like drying your own car, getting scratches on the sides of your doors, and waiting over 30 minutes just for a basic wash, then this is the place for you. I paid $36 for a so-called ‘Super Wash’ and the car was still dirty in several areas. Total waste of money. This place is a complete disaster. I strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs. On top of that, they charge an extra FIVE DOLLARS in taxes and card fees just for paying with a card. Completely unacceptable. Stay away.
My experience here was unpleasant. After waiting online for more than 45 minutes and 1 car away from being washed. The staff from the repair dept demanded that I reverse so they could put a customer who paid more money than me priority to wash that car.
According to them, that individual is a customer and I was not based on the amount of money we spent. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and uncouth behavior especially coming from one of the staff who is Hispanic.
The first time I went here it was pretty ok. I usually handwash and decided to try this place and it wasnt bad. The funny thing ie, the first time I went there was a line and it was much busier. This time, not so much. I paid about $30 for a wash & they put my dirty mats on my clean seats. They “cleaned” my rugs at the end. Well, my rugs are still dirty and my seats are dirty now too, so I washed my car for it to be filthier. It’s raining today, so the purpose of this wash was really just internal but I decided to do the whole thing. I ended up vacuuming my own seats because it was horrible.
