My cats came out healthy and happy with clean incisions. They waited a bit past their surgery time to get admitted but they were busy. Please free your whole day if you’re going to book with them to avoid any schedule conflict.
My kitten was not doing well and was throwing up for almost 2 days. I called, and the man who answered the phone (I forgot his name) was really helpful and told me to bring him in right away. The wait was a little long, but there was a line, and honestly for how many people were there, I feel like the wait time was reasonable.
It ended up being an emergency surgery, and they did it right away, which I appreciated so much. The cost compared to other places was actually good, and they offer payment plan options which made it so much easier for me to say yes immediately.
