They book same-day appointments, are accommodating, and truly care about the pets and their families, making them a highly recommended animal clinic. While some clients appreciate the personal touch, others mention that the clinic's old-school approach, such as not using email for correspondence, may require in-person visits for certain services. I love Petcare. I love the staff, I love their policies, I love their reasonable pricing, I love Dr. Chew, and I loved the older generation of Biedermans. I do not love the younger Dr. Biederman. I don't even like him. I avoid dealing with him whenever possible. That being said, I exclude him from the 5 stars because I've been bringing numerous dogs and cats to Petcare for probably close to 20 years and I recommend them very highly. Just not the new Dr. Biederman.
Dr. Jonathan is amazing!!! Took both my cat babies Tara and Figaro to him and always met with exceptional service, knowledge and professionalism. He never fails to make you chuckle during every visit and I have so much assurance that my furbabies are in good hands. The clinic is a 4 minute drive away from my place, so convenient! 10/10 will recommend this practice and wishing continued success!!! It's no wonder you guys are the neighborhood's trusted animal clinic <3
Dr. Chew gives it to you straight and is considerate of your time and money. He won't tell you to have something done unless it's something he thinks necessary or that he would do for his own dog. I love his vibe and how sweet he is too my big buy (Biggie Smalls). The staff is polite and knowledgeable and I've never had an issue making appointments.
