Fist at office Alfred Li is very helpful.He explained all the model possible suit for my situation.He is very knowledgeable and patient.He answer professionally all my questions.so I can decide the best suit for my situation.
Second Technical ground team ,They arrive on time ,look at my building and the suggest best way to set the unit .They did professionally , neat and respectfully use my place .Eg. They took off their shoes when enter the my living room and bedroom etc ..

Very satisfied with the Split System install. The technicians were very professional, installed everything as initially discussed. Left the inside and outside the house very neat and tidy. Did an excellent job with copper pipe, drain and electrical power supply management. Will highly recommend them for Daikin Split System install.
