The doctor who conducts the eye exams is thorough, but overall the administrative staff is a little cold and shady. They were hesitant in giving me my contact lens prescription since they assumed I would buy them online, which they were right about because it's a fraction of the price than what the store sold it for. However, it is my right as a customer to do so and they eventually gave it to me after I cited federal laws. They also didn't want to give me my pupillary distance for prescription glasses. I would go elsewhere.

I recently visited this store for an eye exam, the service was really good, the doctor who examined me was very patient and answered all my questions. I got beautiful designer glasses for a really good price, received them timely after I placed my order, couldn't be happier.

Doctor for eye exam was helpful and available in the evening which was convenient. This place will not give you your old prescription. I called to get my PDI and they said "We do not keep those records". I guess if you are not purchasing directly from them keep extra care of your documents and prescription.
