I had an appointment at 9:30 AM, but I arrived at 8 AM before they even opened because I read the wait times could be long and wanted to be first. Honestly, everything went way quicker than expected. Starting from the front desk, she was so sweet and welcoming. The assistant was also very kind and made me feel comfortable.
When it came to the doctor, I work in the medical field so I know not every doctor is smiling all the time and sometimes they can come off a little rude without meaning to, but he was actually funny, welcoming, and very fast. I was in excruciating pain & I couldn’t wait for my tooth extraction surgery at another location. Thankfully I ran across this office on my insurance website and they were able to see me same day. Let me start by saying, to get a tooth pulled is never an easy thing. My anxiety was through the roof, but literally every step of the way, the staff that I had interacted with were so pleasant, patient and professional. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Arthur. All very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.
