    Helms has never disappointed me with their service department. They have always helped me beyond my expectations.
    W223 is my 3rd S-Class in the past 10 years. I have 4 cars: S580, S63E, Lamborghini Urus, and Huracan. I know everything about cars; I worked on cars when I was in high school. Out of all the service departments, Helms just stands out. In the past five years, they have never pushed any extra sales. I took my S580 in for recall, and the advisor called me to let me know my engine mounts are bad, and they are going to take care of the mounts under warranty. I was shocked because I remember paying almost $7,000 for a mounts job on the S560 about two years... read full review

    Helms Bros provide great service. Appointments are easily made and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service technicians are thorough and provide honest assessment of your vehicle by way of a short video.

    Her name is Wendy Ng. She's very perceptive — noticing that I seemed a bit nervous as a first-time visitor, she immediately switched to Chinese to communicate with me.
