I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. I originally went to this salon because I thought they had low prices. However low prices always come at a cost. I told them I have very thin hair and not to put too much conditioner yet the lady washing my hair put a buttload of conditioner. Okay so that’s red flag one they didn’t take my hair concerns into account. Then for a simple blow dry I had to wait over 30 minutes. Now I am a very patient person and understand when it can get busy but there were only three other customers there. They had me waiting or for a while. Okay yellow flag. Then when blow drying my hair I showed them an image of how I liked my bangs to be styled. Completely disregarded it and made my hair look ugly and flat. I told the guy to redo it and he made it worse on purpose as if he was trying to rush me out. I went to the counter to pay 22. I was visibly dissatisfied and then as I was about to leave they stopped me from leaving and demanded I tip. I ended up having to tip both the hair stylist and the washing lady. This is outrageous. They are greedy and do not listen to any of your concerns. If you aren’t of their ethnicity they treat you with disrespect as well. I found that out because of one my friends who went to this salon before and told me about it. Please find a better salon. Take it from someone who NEVER writes reviews. This was such a bad experience I had to write about it. My hair was ruined for Eid.

I had a racist experience. I will never go here again!!!! I asked for a test strand, to see if could bleach my hair. I decided not to continue with the service and asked for them to cover the strand that was lightened. Another male stylist interjected “Do you have money???! You think we do this for free??” I’m a black woman, why would I come in a salon with no money, of course I WOULD PAY!!!!!This was racially motivated. I will never return here, I felt disrespected and embarrassed!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my haircut experience. I asked for a short layered cut with a simple trim, but the stylist completely butchered my hair. She kept leaving me in the middle of my haircut to work on other customers—first to fix another lady’s hair, then again to check on someone’s perm. If she can’t handle multiple customers at once, she shouldn’t take them. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Because she was multitasking, she ended up cutting my hair too short, and it’s uneven. I eventually stopped asking her to fix it because I was afraid it would get even shorter. This experience was very upsetting, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Literally just left this place. It sucks, Ive been coming here since i was little, the quality of people working here went so downhill. I asked for curtain bangs, he did something, but not what i asked for. You can see he was even nervous i would mention it when he said he was done. They also talked about my hair in their language. I know that 100% bc it came right after they were pushing me to do a “hot oil treatment “ and i said no. And as your paying they jump down your throat for a tip. I was already going to give a tip despite the terrible experience, they literally didn’t even give me a minute though. The second i inserted my card she was asking me to give the tip. I told her im doing my tip in cash. She’s like ok go give it then. Like im being forced to give it? Thats just bad taste and made me feel like a walking money bank. They do not care about the service they deliver and didnt do what i asked for. This is my last time coming here. If you want a good experience with good quality people do not come here!!!!

I went in for a trim and came out with an uneven choppy haircut. I have thin hair and the gentleman did not seem to know how to work with that- his cut made it look / feel even thinner. Probably the worst cut I’ve ever gotten and
would give zero stars if i could.

My hair has keratin treatment so it isnt hard to blow dry. They told me cut, wash and blow dry for my hair which is a little past my shoulders would be 45. They washed my hair so hard my scalp was hurting a lot. Then the guy who was doing my hair was complaining to the old lady about something. Just because we’re not Asian doesnt mean we dont know when youre talking about our hair!! The old lady came touch my hair and they kept talking. Then they moved me to another chair so a lady was going to finish blow drying and cut the ends. She told my I had A LOT of hair and they shouldve charged me 40 just for the cut?? They complained about my hair in Chinese as if I didnt understand. Its not my fault they have two strands of hair and they want their clients hair to fall out too.

This place is horrible! They only like men with short hair or women with little short hair. They complained in Chinese and to me that I had a lot of hair and shouldve charged me twice! Its not my fault if the owner said $45 for wash, cut and blow dry. They also washed my hair so rough my scalp was red and hurting. They'll treat your hair so bad you will lose hair.

I got my hair color done last week and they did not do a good job in coloring.
I went back and it was courteous for them to correct it but the way they put color on my hair was too thick that I am still having severe itching on my scalp and forehead. Seems a bad quality color. Firstly they put too much around my forehead that my skin was literally dyed brown. Then they rubbed so harsh they my forehead and scalp is still
Itching, burning and the color from my forehead is still stained. I do feel severe headache after getting color done from them. Would Not recommend going here.

Terrible hair salon . Such unprofessional staff. I went there for hair highlighting and the lady was doing the job so unmindfully she hurt my right eye badly . She did such a poor job that she burnt my hair and my scalp just for a simple procedure of hair color…
I am not recommending the salon to anyone at all. I am still dealing with that burnt hair and scalp….
