I'm not sure when ppl made the comments they made, and IDC. My experience with Glendale family practice has been nothing but the best. I live upstate ny. I travel for my appointments. I speak highly of Shannon Leary (PA) She always takes the time to listen, and gives feedback. She has ordered different tests on me, sent in referrals for me to see specialist. 2 years ago I seen a QUACK-titioner in Glendale. (A different doc office.) He told me I was a heart attack waiting to happen. I was a nervous wreck. When I entered Glendale family practice. I was seen by the heart specialist. Dr. Kelly my results did not indicate a heart attack whatsoever. I love the staff, and Suzie the receptionist is a sweetheart. I will continue to travel 2 hours for my appointments. Tina D.

PA Shannon is Incredibly kind,smart and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. The Front Desk Suzy is wonderful she is very helpful and professional as well as the medical assistant.

After my experience on the phone a few minutes ago. I decided to read the reviews, then I realized why this place has such low reviews. The front desk is the worst. First of all I called to reschedule and this woman was so rude. She has no manners, she cannot answer a simple question. Then have the audacity to say, can you be polite. I am telling you what you incompetently did. And you fail to acknowledge the mistake that you have made. I was simply telling this woman that someone scheduled me without my consent. And this woman continues to tell me that I am not scheduled. I have proof and I will be showing it to the doctor and whoever the manager is at this office. Hope it was not the manager because that would be the worst. I told her I have proof. She still said no. My dear if you don’t want to be scheduling appointments please find another job that puts a smile on your face.

Called an made a followup appointment. With one the Providers and put the appt. In my calender as I always do. When I show up for my appt weeks later I'm told they do not have an appt for me. (This is the same person I spoke with to make the appt). I am also told as if I'm crazy that this provider doesn't even work on Weds. When I inform him my last 3 appts were on a Weds he confesses that he just stopped working Weds 2 weeks age, after I made my appt. So no apology, no admission it was there mistake by not notifying of the change. Won't be back. Found a new provider.

Very Bad Service, and attitude of the staff, BE AWARE!!!! i had my blood work done today 9/19/2025 this morning, phlebotomist does not know how to drawn the blood by just using butterfly needle unprofessionally pricked me twice , i am in severe pain to both sites where i was pricked alot of pain and hematoma, i am a healthcare provider bymyself , i totally understand medical stuff, PLEASE NEVER GET YOUR LOVED ONE HAVE BLOOD WORK FROM THIS PlACE !!!! NEVER !! IF YOU DONT WANA DEAL WITH PAIN!! instead of admitting mistake phlebotomist putting on me when i say my right arm is ease to get blood work drawn , she said you would have told me Jeez !! please stay Away !!! this place sucks !!! i ll give 0 rating !!

I had a full body check-up with Dr. gautam sharma , and I can honestly say he’s the best PCP I’ve ever met. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely at ease. I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and the care he shows toward his patients. You can tell he genuinely wants the best for you. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who actually cares. Thank you .

My family and I have been going to this center for years now. Dr. Sebastiano and team are great!! They get right to the matter with love and care, and the best part is they are open on Sundays. Thank you Dr. Sebastiano, Angelina, Beatrice and wonderful staff for your kind help and attention. To the unhappy people change your cheap insurance, that has nothing to do with the Dr. Dr. Sebastiano moved on, I do miss him and Angelina, however the new staff are great!! I don't understand the bad reviews , but all I can say is when Cirrus Health took over it was a bit chaotic, let's be understanding, changes aren't always easy and everyone had to adjust. The receptionist/manager Suzy is a wonderful person she goes out of her way to help as best she can. The nurse is also very nice and professional. PA, Shannon is very knowledgeable, takes her time to know you and your situation so she can treat it. Now I have to say she is better than most doctors out there who just gives you a prescription and truly doesn't care about you, I trust her care. I am greatful to have a caring and wonderful team to treat me and my family. God bless Millie

I have been dealing with their billing since last feb. i went for gyn visit. got pulled into a room for a test that would help in a study. I was BILLED for this nerve test and subsequently billed 86.00 for each call made to me - even when i told them to stop and even when i did not pick up calls. After reporting them to the nys attorney general when I called "Millie"from the glendale office to send me a copy of the 0 balance bill--- it was never sent to me. I was never told it was going to collection. This weekend I recd bills fr a collection company totaling $1,025.00. 7 of these bills were for phone calls that I just described. The other 2 bills for 123 and 300 dollars- I have no clue. I need to make it clear that I have good insurance. This place is a mess. Dr. Sebastiano has nothing to do with this place anymore. Its not him. DO NOT GO THERE IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOU----- You will end up in a war over massive overbilling and then be SICK WITH WORRY.
