I’ve been with Michelle for 2+ years. She is a fabulous and patient trainer. Her workout routines are fun and effective. The time flies by bcos she’s constantly changing up her routine so I don’t get bored. She pays attention to my form and gently reminds me when it needs adjustment. During my time with her, I adjusted my eating schedule and lost 25lbs. I now work out to keep my heart pumping and strengthen my muscles. My annual medical check up numbers has vastly improved.
