    Fit really does happen with Michelle! After years of wishing I could lose weight, I was finally able to accomplish this with the help of Michelle. She has truly been a turning point in my fitness journey and I no longer find exercise and nutrition management intimidating or impossible.Michelle is really knowledgeable and walked me through a variety of exercises. I got to learn the core ones but also find out which kinds I enjoy the most. Over three months of Michelle’s training and accountability, I lost 20lbs and it’s been so satisfying to feel and see the results.

    I found Michelle during Covid due to some weight gain so I knew I had to get myself to exercise. I was able to book my 2x week (and later 1x week) private sessions with her at the comfort of my own home. She helped me with my goals while making sure I had the correct form and not hurt myself in the process. She challenged me in a pace that worked for me. After working out with her for 2 years, I definitely feel stronger, toner, and have a better posture. She made such a positive impact on me that I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.     I’ve been training with Michelle for years! She is the absolute best! She’s is really knowledgable about nutrition takes the time to explain how each exercise is done with proper form.
