I contracted with this company to do additional engraving on a family headstone (4/2/19). i was told that ALL the necessary correspondence, drawings , permits, etc would take about a month. And that it would take about a month to complete the work, after I had approved the drawings and submitted final payment, IN CASH !!!It is now 6/27/19, and to date the only correspondence I have received was a scratchy phone message with a lot of back round noise, music playing way to loudly, from a company identified as MEMORIAL CENTER, NY City NY, demanding to know why I had't taken action on the correspondence they supposedly MAILED!!! on 5/13/19.From there it was "RUN... read full review

Tried to track down a missing monument from 30 years ago. Maya was pleasant, but the next person I spoke to was accusatory, insensitive, and downright nasty - Iris. If I wanted a company to deal with a family in grief, this is NOT the one I would go to.
