Express Laundromat

I go to express laundromat every week where I do my laundry and dry cleaning. recently ownership have changed I have learned for a couple of weeks. Without warning the last wash time changed this extremely interfered with my schedule that I prepare my laundry prior to going to work including my work clothing so I had to suddenly find another place to do my laundry this was a severe inconvenience I will no longer be going to express laundromat Very dissatisfied.One year ago This was my feelings then,I enjoy doing my laundry here the machines are clean and newer. Like the grocery next door, this place has changed owners. The new staff is horrible, if you go there try and get someone from the past owners to do your laundry. Otherwise stay away, they will loose your expensive clothes.

I've given this place a bunch of chances. But I always have a machine issue. Either the washing machines don't fill with water properly and I have to wash a load again or the dryers don't dry... and a load or two of laundry that should take two hours - takes about 3-4 hours. I appreciate that the staff will readily pay for the need for another wash or dry and not question it. But having reliable machines would be better. It's very odd that this has happened to me 20+ times in 9 months.
