I don't even know where to begin. But the happiness and complete satisfaction of the results mean so much to me! Dr. Ismailova is the BEST. I went for a toothache. But I found out it was so much more going on and it needed to be fixed. Dr. Ismailova, look at my x-rays and explained a bigger issue. She took the time and explained what needed to be done and why. My issue included several extractions, but I'm not a person who enjoys going to the dentist, so when she explained why the extractions were needed I got nervous and of course scared. I’ve been coming to Eminent Dental Care for just a little while now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. The office is super clean, neat, and well organised. I never have to wait; they see me right at my appointment time, every single time, which is honestly refreshing.

The staff? Lovely. Super kind, professional, and welcoming without being over the top and as someone who’s is on the spectrum and struggles a bit with social interaction, I really appreciate that. They’re respectful, and they never make me feel awkward or rushed.

My mom and I both started coming to Dr. Syuzanna and she is beyond amazing! Our experience with her was smooth & painless. She is very caring and ensures her patients are comfortable. The receptionists Andrea & Miriam were so friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. They created such a welcoming environment, cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff!
