I needed an internal battery changed on my notebook. No way I could do it. I asked if he could do this. He looked at the notebook and said yes. I had a new battery, not an original HP but a compatible battery. He recommended an HP because mine might fail in the near future. I asked him to change the battery anyway. He said yes. Took him about 15 minutes. I now have a notebook I can put in my lap . Excellent! Very reasonable price.
