I've been seeing Danielle Vilsaint, FNP at DocCare in Ridgewood for over 10 years. After COVID, our visits became even more personal — I feel like I can relate to her, and she really relates to me. She listens, explains things plainly, and keeps the focus on prevention, not just quick fixes. The office is easy to get to from Brooklyn, staff are respectful, and I wouldn't switch providers.

I’ve had a great experience at DocCare. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive. My appointments are always smooth, my questions are answered, and they make things like vaccinations quick and easy. My parents also go here and are very well taken care of. The office is great about calling with appointment reminders and sending prescription refills on time whenever needed. Everyone is kind, organized, and truly cares about their patients. I highly recommend going here!!

Starting with Dr. Bigman who is amazing, attentive, and thorough (to name a few qualities) Then there's Ms. Arias who is professional, and going above and beyond to help everyone.
