This was my first time at the salon, and I initially came in wanting a specific look. However, because of a previous hair process I had done, we had to switch directions. Mr. Chen and his assistant were so understanding, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything and worked with me to come up with a new style that suited my hair's condition. The result was amazing - I absolutely love the color and cut! I left feeling confident and really well taken care of. I'll definitely be coming back!
10/10 would recommend! I wasn’t able to come in for a consultation but they were able to accommodate and I sent pictures of what I wanted. After a few questions over DM we were on the same page and I was given a fair quote and booked my appointment. Rex was amazing! I gave little direction but it’s like he telepathically knew exactly what I wanted + from what we talked about over DM and I’m so happy with my highlights and haircut :)
The hair color the stylist formulated suit me very well. They customize the hair color based on your skin tone, which is the way it should be. Very satisfied, would highly recommend.
