The staff were very professional and lovely, I went on their last Sunday of the year. The doctor was extremely kind and friendly and the staff in the front were also lovely. I have absolutely no complaints. I enjoyed every moment there.
Super great experience, had my appointment at 12:30, was out before 1PM. Young lady who spoke to me before the doctor was very sweet, same goes with the Optometrist, who helped me out!
I was told about what was covered, what wasn't and my copay!
10/10 would visit again!
From the moment I walked in to have my glasses adjusted to completing my transaction purchasing a new pair of eyeglasses, each person I dealt with was informative and helpful. I look forward to picking up the glasses and wearing them. My only observation is there needs to be some more variety of women's frames (many were small in lense size and too rectangular. Also like frames with adjustable nose pieces.
Overall, happy with what I chose and the assistance from the staff.
