Easy to book an appointment online. I arrived 25 minutes early and they were able to take me right away. Associates were friendly and helpful with me picking out a pair of glasses to fit just right. The exam was quick. I’m glad I visited this location (Kew Gardens) rather my usual one in Yonkers.

I needed a pair of glasses so I called to see if I needed an appointment. The AI was very annoying taking me in circles. The frustration level was on high! Wit several failed attempts, I was finally pushed through to customer service at the direct store. Since I didn't need reservations because I already had a prescription, I found my ear to Vision Works ( Davis Vision) in Kew Gardens NY. I stepped in and was immediately treated with kindness and Professionalism. I didn't get the name of the lady at the front desk but she was very professional and she has the beautiful nails I've ever seen. She gave me a tray and told me to pick some glasses.
