this salon at this location replaced Jing Mei. it opened Dec 2021. i asked just for a general hair cut with layers. it was good. no bad comments. i got all my colored hair removed and it was a quick 30 mins. they speak some english but they mainly speak mando and some fuzhounese (similar to canto)$20 for my base cut maybe bc i had longer hair
