Clean Rite - does it RIGHT! The friendly, courteous assistance of the attendants there made my day! I couldn't find my laundry card and a worker promptly put me at ease by providing one for me to use.It is clean and comfortable.Plenty of washers and dryers to use. Parking available. It's my Go-To place. ?
Mariah is a great worker she very polite and makes it a comfortable environment for the customers. Mariah has excellent customer service skills and hope she don’t leave this place.
There are some good and bad things about the Clean Rite at 50-14 Roosevelt Avenue in Queens, NY. I'll start with the bad:There is hardly any air conditioning. It seems okay when you first walk in, but by the time you fold your laundry you will be sweating.The corporation fired Sandra recently. She was sweet, polite and one of the hardest workers I have ever met there.The prices go up all the time.The good things:The place is cleanThere are always plenty of washers and dryers.The manager, Chris, is very helpful and does a great job.
