I would not recommend this dry cleaner.

I dropped off my pants over a week ago and was told they would be ready for pickup on Saturday. When I arrived, they were not finished. Instead, I was told to come back on Sunday, but they failed to mention that they are closed on Sundays.

I specifically needed my pants for the weekend, and because of their poor communication and delays, I was unable to get them in time. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that no one called me on Saturday to let me know the order wasn’t ready. I’ve also tried calling multiple times, but no one answers the phone today and i am literally by the store.

I took some clothing there to get hemmed. A very simple job. I was told they'd be ready on Saturday at 4pm. When I got there I was told they forgot and that they'd be ready Monday at 4pm. Today (Monday) at 5:00pm I got there. They forgot once again. I took my clothes back and will be taking them to a tailor that is slightly farther from me, but they are reliable. Will never go back to this tailor again and highly suggest you don't either.

Don't take your things here!!!! Lea, I brought my Ugg boots that only had a water stain on the toe, these people returned them to me as painted and with more stains than they had, after the fact they wanted to charge me 45 dollars! Because they damaged the boots, these people are not professionals! They say they know how to wash these kinds of boots and they don't!
