So I have passed this location many times and because I needed something close to work I decided to go to the East Elmhurst loaction. First off, when you walk its not crowded at all, so your wait is not long at all. The check in process was pretty fast. Second, the provider I dealt with (Dr. Rachel) was so nice. She listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I loved that she went over each one of my test results. The only complaint that I have is the location only has one bathroom.
I would definitely use this Urgent care location again. There is plenty of parking.
I went there yesterday evening to get my physical done and I'm so happy that I discovered this place. The staff were amazing! Laura who attended to me was so sweet and so nice and understood my fear of needles and was so supportive. I'm so happy that I discovered this urgent care I will definitely be going back in the future.
