Personal experience: Business is good, but staff is a poor representation of entity.
Recommendations: Would like to see better customer service. I'm not asking for Disney world level commitment, but a small gesture goes a long way, especially in a stressful place like New york.

I have been using their delivery service and I am loving it. Very professional, always on time and follow special instructions if given. They've got a new loyal and happy customer.

Fantastic next day laundry service. Can sometimes do same day if needed. Owners are a delight to work with and home delivery and pick up is extremely convenient ... even from several towns over.
Staff: unfriendly, unhelpful, unwelcoming.
Environment: small, mostly clean.
Machines: clean, expensive, majority functional.
