This company is by far the best one I have worked at! The HHA training classes were very helpful! It really prepares you for the field. They make sure to show their HHA’s that they are appreciated! The HR team is amazing, understanding and very easy to talk to! You will not regret working here! Go for it!

We were truly blessed to have this entire team working with us. The nurses were compassionate, respectful, professional and loving beyond belief. Even after my mom passed they called to see how we were doing. Administration was amazing, ready to make changes and always, always a happy and positive interaction. This was one of the most difficult challenges of my life and God gave me angels like these ladies to help me through.

My neighbor uses your service and his helpers name is Alex Eduard. Alex is kind and courteous and extremely good at his job. I highly recommend using this service, ask for Alex if you can.

Better Home Health Care found my mom a wonderful person to care for her; at some point, they became adamant and nasty.
Natasha told me that "She knows we are stealing their aide and that she has been working for us". This is in fact NOT true. They were rude and harassed my sweet aide; they called me yesterday to inform me that my aide would not be working any longer, with no explanation. How do you do that when she is with my mom who depends on her? I am lucky that I have other resources......this manner in which they ended their service and our relationship was disgraceful.
