Advanced is thee premier exterminating company you want to call if you ever have any pest problems They are quick to help resolve any and all issues. Their employee Alan is probably the best employee they have ever sent to my home and I've been using rhem for over 10 yrs. Alan is TOP NOTCH all around and hope they keep sending him to my home. Outstanding
Amazing customer service, quality work I used Advanced Pest Management in my home recently and when I called I spoke to the customer service representative, Lisa. I have to say that of the few pest control companies I called, Lisa was so professional and caring and really listened to my issues and didn’t rush me. She made me feel at ease and explained in detail the service. I chose Advanced because of her. She even followed up with me the day after I was serviced. The technician Jose who came was so thorough. I give Advanced 5 stars. I will refer them to my friends .
Jose is the best exterminator I have ever worked with. He was just at my apartment yesterday, and took care of everything. Not only that, but when I requested his services, he was here the very next day. I couldn't believe how fast he arrived. He came prepared for any situation that he might have found.
The last time he was here he was so thorough that I didn't see a bug for over 4 months!
He is also one of the nicest people I know.
I can't recommend Jose enough. If you have any kind of pest problems, Jose is your man!
