Lily is very professional. I purchased a range hood, stove, and dishwasher from her a month ago. Just before the installation, I noticed that the range hood's packaging was torn. Although the product itself wasn't damaged, I couldn't get past it psychologically. I called Lily and asked if I could get a replacement with intact packaging. To my surprise, they sent someone to replace it the very next day. I had originally planned to return it myself, but my car was too small to fit the item. The delivery person was also very friendly.
