Lily is very professional. I purchased a range hood, stove, and dishwasher from her a month ago. Just before the installation, I noticed that the range hood's packaging was torn. Although the product itself wasn't damaged, I couldn't get past it psychologically. I called Lily and asked if I could get a replacement with intact packaging.
